Products Backed by Warranty

During the warranty periods as detailed below, your Accmar product will either be repaired or replaced without charge to the original purchaser when returned prepaid and insured with proof of purchase date. This warranty does not cover freight back to the original purchaser-consumer or re-installation costs. Our warranty does not apply to any product that has been damaged through alteration, mishandling, misuse, misapplication, neglect or accident or improper installation, unless otherwise stipulated.

A dated proof of purchase must accompany all Accmar products returned to the Accmar Equipment Company.

Ten year limited warranty

Aluminum Casing

The marine grade aluminum casing on any of our products is protected by a 10 year limited warranty on structural integrity & paint. Some fading with red paint is normal and does not constitute a defect.

One year limited warranty

Accmar Pedestals, Lights, Water Pedestals

Accmar's products are carefully built and inspected to ensure optimal levels of performance. Should any product be proven defective in material or factory workmanship, within one year of the original purchase, Accmar Equipment warrants to the original purchaser of its products, a repair or replacement without charge, subject to our performance guarantees.

Aluminum Dock Ladders

We warranty our aluminum dock ladders against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year, from time of purchase. Product must be removed from site, cleaned and returned at owner's expense to our Miami, Florida warehouse facility where will either repair any such defect or replace the ladder, upon inspection.

The warranty does not include damage resulting from other causes including, but not limited to, accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication.

Three year limited warranty

Flexible PVC Extrusions (Fenders/Bumpers)

Accmar warrants to the original purchaser of its flexible PVC extrusion products that should any product be proven defective in material or factory workmanship within three years of original purchase, they will be repaired or replaced without charge, subject to the performance guarantees stated in this warranty.

PVC Extrusions are guaranteed against significant fading, cracking or swelling and significant reduction of plasticity, modulus, tensile strength and dimensional integrity. Slight color variation is a normal occurrence of weathering and does not constitute a defect.
